1. Acceptance

By accessing or using KolayLinks ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

KolayLinks is a link-in-bio platform operated by TALYA SMART. It enables users to create a personal profile page aggregating links, social media profiles and content under a single URL.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at destek@kolaylinks.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful or misleading content.
  • Impersonate another person, brand or entity.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware or phishing links.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any account, system or network.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant TALYA SMART a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and deliver your content solely as necessary to operate the Service. All KolayLinks branding, logos and software are the exclusive property of TALYA SMART and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TALYA SMART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms without prior notice. You may close your account at any time via account settings, which will result in deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Turkey. Where mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply, those provisions shall take precedence.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' prior notice of material changes by email or service notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
